Every commission you earn on skpe is credited to your skpe wallet in real time after a successful transaction. From there you can transfer it to your linked bank account whenever you like.

You'll need to top up your skpe wallet first. Once your balance is sufficient, you can go ahead and process the service for your customer.

Failed AePS transactions where money was debited are usually auto-reversed to the customer's account within 24-48 hours. If it isn't reversed after that, please raise a ticket with skpe support along with the transaction ID.

This means your agent ID isn't correctly mapped with the bank for AePS. Please contact skpe support to get your agent/CSR code re-verified and re-mapped.

It means the customer's Aadhaar isn't linked to a savings/checking account with the selected bank. Ask the customer to try a different bank or get their Aadhaar linked at their branch.

With the skpe Mini ATM device you can offer cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, and mini statement services to customers using their debit card.

This amount is generally reversed automatically within 24-48 hours by the bank. If it isn't, share the transaction reference with skpe support for follow-up.

You'll need the customer's biller/consumer number and the electricity board name, which is usually printed on their previous bill.
